The Edge of Blue
The Stillness of Projection
The Edge of Blue observes coastal structures at the point where human order meets the sea. Windows, railings, terraces, beach furniture and empty rooms frame a constant blue field. The sea is always visible, yet never simply a view. It becomes a surface of projection: seductive, distant, almost unreachable. Photographed on color reversal film in early and fading light, these places remain suspended between use and absence. They do not suggest movement, but a still desire for elsewhere, held at the threshold between land and sea, interior and exterior, memory and longing.
